During my internship, I built CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, managed cloud deployments, and automated existing workflows. I also developed an in-house observability solution, "Uptime," to monitor service health, track response metrics, and send alerts for downtime and SSL expirations. This significantly improved incident response, supported SLOs and SLIs, and saved the company approximately $8,000 annually compared to third-party tools.
